Geppetto is an AI assistant for businesses that use Slack. Users can mention @Geppetto in a Slack channel or send it a direct message to ask a question and receive an answer in real-time.
Geppetto is powered by OpenAI’s GPT API, which the company claims is the world’s most powerful AI. Geppetto promises data safety and does not snoop on users’ conversations.
It only looks at messages in threads where it is mentioned or direct messages it receives. The platform does not retain data and only uses it to generate answers, not for any other purpose.
Geppetto offers different plans and pricing, with a 30-day free trial and three options: Geppetto Lite, Geppetto Plus, and Geppetto Pro. Geppetto Lite is perfect for small teams or individuals and costs $4.99 per month, with a limit of 1,000 messages per month from Geppetto.
Geppetto Plus is ideal for larger teams or heavier usage and costs $9.99 per month, with a limit of 5,000 messages per month from Geppetto. Geppetto Pro is for large organizations and heavy usage and is currently not available.
Finally, the platform offers a FAQ section where users can find answers to their questions, including information on what AI Geppetto uses, pricing, usage limits, and data retention policies.
Geppetto does send data to OpenAI for the purpose of generating responses but does not use this data to train or improve AI models.
